Terms of Use
LBR Enterprises provides this website, the Lab.OS workshop pages, and related browser tools for general utility, portfolio demonstration, project planning, and user convenience. By using this site, you agree to use the tools lawfully and at your own risk.
- The tools are provided as-is and may be changed, removed, updated, or corrected without notice.
- You are responsible for reviewing all generated QR codes, PDFs, calculations, exports, messages, contact cards, and other outputs before relying on them.
- Do not use this site to create unlawful, deceptive, malicious, infringing, or harmful materials.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass security controls, scrape protected areas, or upload hostile content.
Privacy Summary
This site does not sell personal information. Most Lab.OS tools are designed to run in your browser, meaning the data you type into tools such as QR Lab, Document Lab, Visual Lab, and Unit Converter is processed locally by your device unless a page clearly says otherwise.
Information You Choose to Send
If you submit the Workshop Request form, the information you provide may be saved as an inquiry file so LBR Enterprises can review your request and contact you. This may include your name, email address, request type, project details, timeline, budget range, preferred contact method, and message.
Information You Should Not Send
Do not submit passwords, private keys, API tokens, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, protected health information, confidential employer data, or anything you do not have permission to share.
Retention
Workshop inquiry records may be kept as long as reasonably needed to respond, quote work, maintain business records, prevent abuse, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your inquiry information, but some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons.
Cookies and Local Settings
This site may use basic browser storage, local storage, session storage, or essential session cookies to keep normal site features working. Examples may include theme preferences, accent color, ruler or measurement settings, form security tokens, anti-spam checks, and mobile navigation behavior.
- No advertising cookie system is intentionally used by this site.
- No analytics profile is intentionally built from your tool inputs.
- Clearing your browser storage may reset theme, layout, measurement, or tool preferences.
Tool Accuracy and Professional Use
Lab.OS tools are practical utilities, not a substitute for professional judgment. Calculations, conversions, PDF layouts, QR payloads, contact-card data, electronics formulas, construction math, visual exports, and generated documents should be checked before use.
- For engineering, electrical, construction, safety, legal, tax, medical, financial, or code-compliance decisions, verify results with a qualified professional or authoritative source.
- Unit conversions and formulas are intended for convenience and may not cover every industry-specific rule, tolerance, rounding requirement, or safety factor.
- PDFs, QR codes, and visual exports should be tested on the devices, printers, scanners, and software where you intend to use them.
- LBR Enterprises is not responsible for losses caused by unverified outputs, user entry errors, browser bugs, printer issues, network issues, or third-party software behavior.
Downloads, Exports, and Branding
Some tools allow you to download generated files such as PDFs, PNGs, SVGs, QR codes, contact-card files, or other exports. You are responsible for the contents of anything you create or download.
- Some free tools may include LBR Enterprises branding, footer marks, generated-by notices, or watermarks.
- Do not remove branding in a way that misrepresents the origin of generated material.
- Do not use uploaded or locally selected images, logos, text, or content unless you own them or have permission to use them.
Third-Party Libraries and Links
Some pages may load third-party JavaScript libraries, fonts, or browser resources to power features such as 3D rendering, QR generation, physics simulation, or export tools. When your browser requests those resources, the third-party provider may receive normal technical request information such as IP address, browser details, and the page requesting the file.
External links, libraries, CDN resources, browsers, operating systems, devices, QR scanners, PDF viewers, and printers are outside direct control of LBR Enterprises.
Security and Responsible Use
Reasonable care is used to keep public tools simple and limit unnecessary server-side handling of user data. No public website can guarantee perfect security. If a security issue is discovered, the issue will be reviewed and handled according to applicable requirements.
- Do not test security aggressively against this site without permission.
- Do not submit malware, exploit code, credential dumps, private keys, or sensitive third-party information.
- If you believe you found a security problem, report it through the contact or workshop request channel with enough detail to reproduce it safely.
Governing Law
This site is operated from Georgia, United States. To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Updates
These notices may be updated as the site changes. New tools, form handlers, storage behavior, paid services, hosted files, or public-upload features may require stronger or more specific terms. The current page is intended as a practical baseline for the public Lab.OS site.
